Terms of Service
By engaging with My First CA / Saivu Consulting Private Limited you agree to the following terms.
Scope of engagement
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or engagement letter — including deliverables, timelines, and fees. Anything outside that scope requires a change order.
Payment terms
50% of the professional fee is payable before commencement and 50% upon completion. Government fees & statutory charges are billed at actuals and are non-refundable.
Client obligations
You agree to provide accurate and timely information. Delays or misrepresentation from your side may extend timelines and are not our liability.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any engagement is capped at the professional fee received for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad.
