Refund Policy
We stand by our work. Here is exactly when refunds apply.
Non-refundable components
Government fees, statutory charges, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), stamp duty, and third-party challan payments are non-refundable once paid on your behalf.
Professional fees — pro-rata refund
If work has not commenced, 100% of professional fees are refundable. Once work has commenced, refunds are on a pro-rata basis for the un-rendered scope.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment mode.
